Happy Thanksgiving

 

   

This has been a day of wonderful surprises... a huge box of silken ribbons, tags, embellishments, stamps, laces...from the dearest soul, whose generous and kind spirit has seen me through some difficult days.

Today was also the day of the return of my altered book which has traveled throughout the United States and Australia for the past 18 months, as 15 other incredibly talented artists added their creative interpretation of my theme: Winged Messengers. My plan is to post photos of each page in the following weeks. The artwork is simply amazing and thoughtful.

This has been a year of sorrow and loss - but I am filled with gratitude...

 A day of reflection... time to gather those you hold dear and give thanks for blessings large and small.

 Wishing you all a day of joy and peace.
